It’s OK To Have Treats


It’s Easter y’all!

Yay! Although I’m not going crazy with the indulgences I am allowing myself this Easter egg, especially as it’s a gift from my beloved.

It was delicious and after doing just over 800 calories of walking today I think it’s ok to have. Of course a calorie isn’t just a calorie though but more on that in a later post.

As if tomorrow it’s back to the usual healthy eating plan for my own health and vitality. Including the Fed Up no added sugar challenge for 10 days as of Monday.

    1. They’re so easy to eat so many of them though. They seem so small but the calories soon add up. Thank goodness Easter is over so I can concentrate on being healthy and losing some weight again.
